COOL WHIP FROZEN BERRY DESSERT

Steps:

• 1. Mix graham crumbs and butter until blended.
• 2. Mash 1/2 cup each strawberries and raspberries in medium bowl. Beat cream cheese spread in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Blend in melted chocolate, mashed berries and zest. Whisk in COOL WHIP.
• 3. Spoon half the cream cheese mixture into plastic wrap-lined 9x5-inch loaf pan; top with half of the crumb mixture. Repeat layers. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
• 4. Remove dessert from freezer 15 min. before serving. Finely chop remaining strawberries; combine with remaining raspberries and blueberries. Invert dessert onto platter; remove plastic wrap. Spoon berry mixture over dessert.

BERRY TRIFLE

Steps:

• Place cubed cake in bottom of large glass serving bowl. Layer the blueberries, raspberries and blackberries on top of the cake. Sprinkle with praline liqueur.
• In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix, milk, condensed milk and 1 cup of whipped topping, stir well. Pour mixture over frozen berries. Top custard with remaining cool whip. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour or in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours, enough for the berries to thaw before serving.

FROZEN FRUIT WHIP

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine whipped topping and milk; fold in frozen berries. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving. Freeze leftovers; remove from the freezer 30 minutes before serving.

COOL WHIP FROZEN RASPBERRY DESSERT

Steps:

• Microwave 1/2 cup COOL WHIP and chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until chocolate is almost melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Cool 10 min., stirring occasionally.
• Process chocolate mixture, remaining COOL WHIP, berries and milk in food processor until smooth. Spoon into freezer container.
• Freeze 1 hour or until firm enough to scoop.

BERRIES WITH COOL WHIP

Steps:

• Ask your children to clean the strawberries with running water and take off the stem. Then open the bag of frozen berries using kitchen scissors and pour the content in a bowl along with the fresh strawberries. Using a spoon allow them to serve four portions of the fruit on four small dessert bowls and top the fruit with 2 Tbsp of whipped topping each. Bring the dessert to the table and enjoy. Don't forget to praise the kiddos in charge of the great looking dessert.
