Cola Kielbasa Recipes

SWEET KIELBASA

Steps:

• Slice kielbasa (size dependent on how being served -- dinner versus appetizer).
• Pour Coca-Cola into skillet and add brown sugar. Stir to dissolve.
• Add sliced kielbasa to skillet and bring to a boil.
• Turn heat down and allow kielbasa to simmer until the sauce has thickened and coats the sausage with a dark coating.

KIELBASA

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine pork, beef and garlic. In a separate bowl, stir together black pepper, salt, brown sugar, ground allspice, marjoram and liquid smoke. Combine mixtures and knead with hands to combine.
• Fill casings with meat mixture and refrigerate overnight. Boil or grill before serving.

KIELBASA BAKE

Steps:

• Pre-heat oven to 400F degrees.
• In a frying pan over medium high heat fry onions and peppers until tender.
• Slice sausage about 1/2 inch thick.
• Fry sausage in pan with peppers and onions for 5-10 minutes.
• Drain off excess fat.
• Pour sausage mixture into a shallow baking dish.
• Bake for 20-30 minutes until crispy.
• Great served with au gratin potatoes or macaroni and cheese.

CROCKPOT BBQ COCA-COLA KIELBASA RECIPE - (4.4/5)

Steps:

• Slice Kielbasa into round pieces approx. ¼ inch - ⅓ inch thick Place sliced Kielbasa pieces in Crockpot In small mixing bowl, combine BBQ Sauce and Coke, and stir well. Pour sauce mixture over Kielbasa in Crockpot. Cook on LOW for 2.5 hours, or until hot. Serve with toothpicks as a delicious appetizer or party treat! YUM!
