Coffee With Brandy And Kahlua Recipes

SPANISH COFFEE

Steps:

• Make the coffee. Allow it to cool slightly while preparing the drink.
• Make the homemade whipped cream, whipping it to soft peaks.
• Use a lemon wedge to wet a 1/2-inch of the rim of the glass and dip the outside in sugar to make a 1/2-inch band.
• Use a kitchen torch** to caramelize the outside of the glass until the sugar turns brown.
• Add the coffee, Kahlua, triple sec and rum and stir once.
• Gently float the whipped cream on top using the back of a spoon. Garnish with grated chocolate or nutmeg.

EASY KAHLUA COFFEE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Brew a cup of coffee. We recommend making it strong!
• Pour an ounce of Kahlua on top and stir well.
• Add a little milk or sugar if you'd like. Then your simple Kahlua coffee cocktail is ready to drink!

COFFEE LIQUEUR

Steps:

• In a 3 quart saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in instant coffee, and allow to cool.
• When cool, stir in vanilla extract and vodka. Pour into clean bottles. Close bottles tightly, and store in a cool dark place.

KAHLUA AND BRANDY COFFEE

Steps:

• Add the brandy and Kahlua to the hot coffee.
• Quickly top with whipped cream.

INSTANT COFFEE KAHLUA

Steps:

• Mix sugar, water, instant coffee and fresh coffee together in a saucepan.
• Simmer for 1-1/2 to 2 hours with occasional stirring.
• Cool.
• Add the vodka, brandy, and vanilla extract.
• Filter and pour into dark bottles.
• I use a metal mesh to filter out the coffee grounds.
• Keep the bottles in a cool, dark place for 3 months. (YOU HEARD IT RIGHT!).
