REFRESHING COFFEE SODA

Steps:

• Fill a glass with ice. We like to use coffee ice cubes for a stronger flavor, but regular ice works, too.
• Get out your cold brew. If you're using regular brewed coffee, let it sit for at least 10 minutes to cool down.
• Pour the sparkling water into your glass. Then pour the cold brew on top and take a moment to admire the beautiful layers. Add a sprig of rosemary or a wedge of lemon for a fun garnish!

COFFEE SODA

Steps:

• Add the coffee to an iced-filled glass. If desired, add maple syrup or simple syrup.
• Add soda water and stir gently to combine. (Step it up: Add cold foam for a foamy topping!)

COFFEE SODA TRAIN

Steps:

• Mix coffee, sugar and half & half.
• Fill 4 tall glasses about halfway.
• Add 1 scoop of ice cream to each, then fill up with soda.
• Top with whipped cream. Serves 4.

ESPRESSO SODA

Steps:

• Combine the sugar and 2 cups water in a medium saucepan, bring to a boil over high heat and cook until the sugar is completely melted, about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat, add the espresso beans and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
• Strain, cover and refrigerate until very cold, at least 2 hours.
• Fill 8 tall glasses with ice. Add about 1/4 cup of the espresso syrup to each glass. If desired, add a shot of vodka and coffee liqueur with the syrup and stir well. Fill to the top with club soda.
