MAPLE TOASTED NUTS WITH COCONUT

Steps:
- Heat oven to 300 degrees.
- In a bowl, stir together all ingredients until combined.
- Spread on a rimmed baking sheet and bake, stirring occasionally, until mixture is toasted and golden brown, 23 to 25 minutes. Let cool completely.

EASY FLAPJACKS (4 INGREDIENTS!)
This flapjack recipe is a British snack made with rolled oats and sweetened with golden syrup! Made with just 4 ingredients, it's easy and affordable to make!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the oats and brown sugar and mix until combined. Add the coconut oil and golden syrup and mix until fully incorporated.
- Transfer the flapjack mixture into the lined pan and press down until smooth on top. Place the flapjacks in the oven and bake for 17-20 minutes, until the edges are beginning to go golden brown.
- Remove the flapjacks from the oven and let them cool in the pan for 10 minutes, before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cool, slice into bars.

- Heat oven to 160C/140C fan/gas 3. Grease and line a 20cm square tin with baking parchment. Heat the butter, peanut butter and honey or maple syrup in a small pan until melted. Add the mashed banana, apple and 100ml hot water, and mix to combine.
- Tip the oats, the dried fruit and the seeds into a large bowl. Pour in the combined banana and apple and stir until everything is coated by the wet mixture. Tip into the cake tin and level the surface. Bake for 55 mins until golden. Leave to cool in the tin. Cut into 12 pieces to serve or store in an airtight container in the fridge. They will keep for up to 3 days.

- Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4 and line a 20 x 30cm baking tin with parchment. Melt the butter, sugar and syrup in a large pan over a medium heat. Once melted, stir in the oats, coating them well.
- Tip ¾ of the mix into the tin and scatter the cherries over the top. Combine the remaining oat mix with the coconut flakes and tip on top of the cherries, making sure a few poke out. Bake for 30 mins, then remove from the oven and allow to cool before slicing into 12 flapjacks.
