Cilantro Lime Seafood Salad In An Avocado Boat Recipes
CILANTRO LIME SEAFOOD SALAD (IN AN AVOCADO BOAT)
Oh what a good combination - lime juice, cumin, and cilantro are so good together. This salad would be wonderful on a hot summer day or, in our opinion, any day! A great recipe if you're hosting a girls lunch or looking for a light dinner.

Steps:
- 1. Stir mayo, juices, peel and all spices together in a bowl to mix well.
- 2. Add crab and shrimp and stir till well coated.
- 3. Cut avocados in half, remove pit, run a spoon around the peel to make it easier to eat, sprinkle well with lime juice, salt and pepper (I also LOVE the GREEN Tabasco sauce for this step but it is optional).
- 4. Load avocados with the salad mixture and enjoy! These are SOOOOOOO easy and taste GREAT!
CILANTRO-LIME CRAB SALAD IN AVOCADO HALVES
Steps:
- Stir red onion, mayonnaise, cilantro, 2 teaspoons lime juice, cumin and lime peel in medium bowl to blend. Mix in crabmeat. Season salad with salt and pepper. Brush avocado halves with remaining 1 teaspoon lime juice to prevent discoloration. Arrange avocado halves, cut side up, on plates. Mound crab salad on each avocado half. Serve salad with lime wedges.
