WEIGHT WATCHERS 4 PT CHICKEN SALAD WRAP
I created this recipe using the recipe builder on the weight watchers website, so if you use the exact ingredients I've listed it is only 4 points per serving! It's really tasty, plus it has 26 grams of protein to keep you full. This is a very basic recipe, there are many variations you could create by adding new ingredients to it--just keep in mind that the point value might change...

Steps:
- Mix the miracle whip and chicken.
- Top the mixture with lettuce.
- Season it with pepper or whatever you have a taste for, and place inside tortilla.

- Combine everything but the tortillas and lettuce in a bowl.
- Spoon onto warm tortillas and and the lettuce.
- Roll up and fasten with toothpicks.
TARRAGON CHICKEN SALAD WRAPS
These make a great lunch. Leftover chicken can be used and the sugar snap peas can be microwaved for a couple of minutes. This is a Weight Watchers recipe.

- In a large bowl; combine the chicken, mayonnaise, lemon juice, tarragon and snap peas together.
- Mix until well coated and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Lay tortillas on a flat surface and using 1/4 of chicken salad mixture, place it down the center of each tortilla.
- Top each with 2 lettuce leaves and roll up, folding in ends.

- In a small bowl combine the chicken, onion, mayonnaise, salsa, salt and pepper. Mix together.
- Line each tortilla with two lettuce leaves, then divide chicken salad mixture evenly among each tortilla and roll up, or 'wrap'.

CHUNKY CHICKEN SALAD
Simple to prepare chicken salad that I make up for sandwiches. We never have left-over chicken, so I microwave chicken just to make this. Very basic but very good! P.S. Celery is listed as optional because my husband hates it...if I am only making this for him, I leave it out! :)

Steps:
- In a medium bowl, combine mayo, onions, relish and 2 dashes or so of paprika.
- Add chicken and fold into mayo mixture until well combined.
- Taste and then add salt and pepper as needed.
- Chill well and serve over lettuce or on your favorite bread.
- Note: I microwave 2 boneless chicken breast halves sprinkled with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder for 5- 6 minutes for this salad.
- If you are using left-over chicken, you may need to adjust the seasonings in the ingredients list.
