Steps:
- Heat oven to 160C/140C fan/gas 3. Mix the milk powder, cornflour and half the sugar together, then pour over the melted butter and white chocolate. Mix with a spoon until it forms a crumb, then scatter over a baking sheet and bake for 10 mins until golden. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
- Remove the tops of the strawberries, then cut into quarters. Toss the strawberries in the rest of the sugar, then divide evenly between four bowls and leave to cure for 30 mins.
- Add a large spoonful of crème fraîche to the strawberries, and scatter over the pistachios and some of the crumble (this recipe makes plenty of crumble - any leftovers will keep in a jar or airtight container for several weeks). Scatter over a few small mint leaves, if you like, to lift the flavour and colour of the dessert.

CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY CRUMBLE BARS
I found a similar dessert at a bakery once and had to make my own recipe for chocolate raspberry crumble bars. I can barely tell the difference! If you love chocolate and berries, this is a good recipe for you! The drizzled chocolate makes for a very nice presentation.

STRAWBERRY CRUMBLE
I have been making cobbler for my family for years using fresh berries we picked ourselves. As it is now just the two of us, I thought I would rework the recipe some to make it more like a crumble and incorporate some oats! Serve with vanilla ice cream.

CLASSIC STRAWBERRY CRUMBLE
The strawberries are tender and jammy in this classic strawberry crumble. The lemon zest adds a lovely freshness. The crumble adds a nice crunchy texture and warm spices. The dessert overall is well balanced, it's sweet, but not too sweet.

- In a large bowl mix together the almond flour, flaxseed meal, arrowroot powder, coconut sugar, baking soda and salt.
- Using your hands, mix wet and dry ingredients together gently to form the dough. I like using gloves for this process. Do not over mix.
- Reserve 1/2 cup of dough and press the remaining evenly across the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
