1 tube (16-1/2 ounces) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
3 cups cold 2% milk
1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
Optional: Chopped nuts, chocolate curls and miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Let cookie dough stand at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften. Press into an ungreased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° until golden brown, 14-16 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. , In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Fold in 1-3/4 cups whipped topping. Spread over crust. , In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate curls if desired. , Cover and refrigerate until firm, 8 hours or overnight.

3 bananas, frozen, sliced
1 cup greek yogurt
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup mini dark chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips into a food processor or high-speed blender, process until consistent color and completely smooth.
  • Pour into a pan. Mix into dark chocolate chips and smooth into an even layer.
  • Freeze 2 hours, or until frozen but still a little soft for scooping. (If freezing overnight, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, but let it sit out at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes before scooping).
  • Scoop into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
  • Enjoy!

¾ cup packed dark brown sugar
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
¼ cup full-fat Greek yogurt
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons hot water
1 ¾ cups cake flour
1 ¼ cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Cream brown sugar, butter, and yogurt together in a bowl. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Beat in vanilla extract.
  • Dissolve baking soda in hot water and add to the batter. Stir in cake flour, whole wheat flour, and salt, being careful not to overmix. Stir in dark chocolate chips, semisweet chocolate chips, and walnuts.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden, 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

1 cup white sugar
¾ cup chocolate chips
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
1 cup plain yogurt
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
  • Combine flour, sugar, 3/4 cup chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and baking soda in a large bowl. Whisk egg, yogurt, milk, vanilla, and vegetable oil in another bowl until smooth; pour into chocolate mixture and stir until batter is just blended.
