- Simply combine all the above ingredients and blend using a small food processor or immersion blender - it's that easy!
- No appliances handy? No problem! You can either mince the peppers up and leave the sauce a little more textured or simply skip the chipotle peppers entirely and just use extra adobo sauce from the jar to whisk into your honey mustard. Start with a little and add extra to taste!

- Open can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and take out 3 to 5 peppers. Measure 2 tablespoons adobo sauce. Store remaining peppers and sauce for another use.
- Blend chipotle peppers and 2 tablespoons adobo sauce, honey, lime juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, and flour in a blender until almost smooth.

- Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6 and line a baking tray with foil. Mix honey and both of the mustards in a bowl. You can make the glaze 2-3 days ahead.
- Add the sausages and toss well to coat them. Arrange the sausages, spaced apart, on the baking tray. Smooth any remaining glaze left in the bowl on top of the sausages to make them extra sticky. Bake for 20 mins until golden.

- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken and garnishes. Reserve 1/3 cup mayonnaise mixture.
- Grill or broil chicken, brushing frequently with remaining mayonnaise mixture, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, turning once.
- Serve chicken with reserved mayonnaise mixture and garnish with diced red peppers and cilantro.

My husband loves spicy mustards and I couldn't find a store bought one hot enough for him. Since I do a lot of cooking with chipotle peppers I came up with the idea just to make my own. I like a hint of sweet and a whole lot of spicy.

- 1. Put both ingredients in a blender and puree. You can regulate the heat by the number of peppers you use from the can. I used the whole thing and it is very spicy.

This is a spicey, smokey pepper mustard. The mustard needs to be chilled for 2 days before using. Refrigerate for 2 months or freeze. Use on your favorite sandwich, or mix with honey and glaze a chicken.
