FRITO CHILI PIE CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Place 2 cups of corn chips in a baking dish.
• Arrange chopped onion and half of the cheese on the corn chips.
• Pour chili over onion and cheese, then top with remaining corn chips and grated cheese.
• Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes.

FRITO CHILI CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Put 2 cups Fritos in baking dish.
• Arrange onion and half the cheese on top of Fritos.
• Pour chili over the cheese.
• Top with remaining Fritos and cheese.
• Bake at 350* for 15 minutes, or until hot.

• 1.Heat oil in a large heavy bottom pot over medium high heat. Add beef in batches and brown on all sides, season with salt and pepper. Once all the beef is browned, add the spice dump to the beef and cook for 4-5 minutes more. Stir to make sure all the beef is fully coated in the spice dump. Pour in the tomato sauce, beef broth, Tabasco, and beer. Bring to a simmer, cover and continue to cook for 1 1/2 hours or until beef is fork tender.
