Chicken Wings Actifry Recipes

CHICKEN WINGS (ACTIFRY)

Steps:

• Cut chicken wings into 3 pieces; discard the tips.
• In a large bowl, place chicken wing pieces, flour, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
• Shake off excess flour and place chicken in the bowl of the actifry.
• Cook for 20 minutes.
• Add the bbq sauce and cook another 5 minutes, or until chicken is well coated with sauce.

ACTIFRIED CHICKEN WINGS

Steps:

• Put the chicken wings in the ActiFry. Close the lid.
• Leave to cook for 12 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
• If you wish to add a sauce (barbecue) or spices (paprika, Cajun, etc), add 1 or 2 ActiFry spoons 5 minutes before the end of cooking time.

CHICKEN WINGS FOR ACTIFRY RECIPE

Steps:

• 1. Remove chicken wings tips and separate two parts of wing. 2. Add wings to Actifry and cook for 15 minutes. I don't add oil. 3. Mix above ingredients, bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes. 4. Pour mixture over wings and cook for another 15 or 20 minutes until golden brown.
