- Place crust on an ungreased pizza pan. Combine cream cheese and shallot; spread over crust. Top with chicken, cheeses and bacon., Bake at 425° until edges are lightly browned and cheese is melted, 12-15 minutes ., Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the sour cream, milk and dressing mix. Sprinkle lettuce and tomato over pizza; drizzle with dressing.

- Preheat oven to 450°. Grease a 14-in. pizza pan; sprinkle with cornmeal. On a floured surface, roll dough into a 13-in. circle. Transfer to prepared pan; build up edges slightly. Sprinkle with cheese, chicken and bacon. Bake until crust is lightly browned, 10-12 minutes., Meanwhile, place romaine and arugula in a large bowl. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest and pepper. Pour over lettuces; toss to coat. Arrange over warm pizza. Top with tomato, avocado and basil. Serve immediately.

- Preheat oven to 375°. Unroll crescent dough and separate into eight triangles; arrange in a single layer on a greased 12-in. pizza pan. Press onto pan to form a crust and seal seams; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edge is lightly browned., In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, basil and lemon zest. Spread over crust; top with Monterey Jack cheese, chicken, bacon, tomatoes and Swiss cheese. Bake 8-12 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.

- 1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- 2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and ranch dressing at medium speed with a mixer until well combined. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet, and spread with cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle chicken and bacon over pizza.
- 3. Bake for 10 minutes. Top with avocado slices, tomato and lettuce before serving.

- Heat oven to 400ºF.
- Unroll pizza dough on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; press into 15x10-inch rectangle. Bake 10 min.
- Mix mayo and 1/3 cup dressing; spread onto crust. Top with half the cheese, chicken, remaining cheese and bacon.
- Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and remaining dressing.

CHICKEN CLUB PIZZA | SLIMMING & WEIGHT WATCHERS FRIENDLY
Steps:
- Make up to packet instructions and allow 30 mins for the dough to prove. We make up the whole pack then weigh out 70g balls of dough - the ones we don't use we freeze.
- Roll as thin as you can onto a piece of baking parchment - you may need to spray your rolling pin with low calorie cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Throw all ingredients into a pan, bring up to the heat then turn down and simmer for 30 minutes stirring often.
- Once cooked, attack with a stick blender, or blitz in a food processor until smooth.
- Place into a sterilised jar until ready for use. Will last a week in the fridge, or you can freeze it. Perfect for batch booking.
- Chop up the bacon and chicken and place on an oven tray.
- When the dough is proving, place on an oven tray and cook in the oven for 20 minutes until cooked. Do not put raw meat on your pizza!!
- After you have rolled out your dough, place a small amount of tomato sauce and spread it around.
- Start with your chicken and bacon - as little or as much as you like.
- Next your peppers, onions and mushrooms.
- Next your cheese - make sure to distribute it evenly. On top of that, dot around some fresh tomato pieces.
- Place some onions on the top - not too many though, you don't want them to burn.
- Place in an oven pre-heated to 200°C for 12 minutes.
