1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken or celery soup
3/4 cup milk
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (from 1-lb bag), thawed, drained
1 medium onion, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
1/2 teaspoon ground sage or poultry seasoning
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 1/2 cups corn bread stuffing mix
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Paprika, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 3-quart casserole with cooking spray. In 3-quart saucepan, heat soup and milk to boiling over high heat, stirring frequently. Stir in mixed vegetables, onion and sage. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently; remove from heat.
  • Stir in chicken and stuffing mix. Spoon into casserole. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika.
  • Bake uncovered about 15 minutes or until hot in center.

1/4 cup butter, cubed
1 large onion, chopped (about 2 cups)
4 celery ribs, chopped (about 2 cups)
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Place bread cubes on an ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until toasted. Cool on baking pan., In a large skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add onion and celery; cook and stir 6-8 minutes or until tender. Transfer to a greased 4-qt. slow cooker. Stir in cornbread, chicken, soups, broth and seasonings., Cook, covered, on low 3-4 hours or until heated through.

2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 package (14 ounces) crushed corn bread stuffing
4 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
3 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth, warmed
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon rubbed sage

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray., Cover and bake at 375° for 25 minutes. Uncover; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 160°., Or cover casserole before baking and freeze for up to 3 months., To use frozen casserole: Remove from the freezer 30 minutes before baking (do not thaw). 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 1/2 lbs total)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper
1 (8 ounce) package cornbread stuffing mix
1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup boiling water
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt and pepper and place in single layer in baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix, corn, water and melted butter.
  • Mix well and spoon over the chicken.
  • Combine soup, milk and parsley and mix well.
  • Pour over the stuffing, cover and bake for 35 minutes.

1 ½ cups water
¼ cup butter
1 (6 ounce) package quick-cooking stuffing mix (such as Stove Top®), or more to taste
1 tablespoon butter
1 onion, diced
3 stalks celery, diced, or more to taste
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
½ (10.5 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 whole cooked rotisserie chicken - skinned, boned, and meat shredded
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Bring water and 1/4 cup butter to a boil in a saucepan; stir in stuffing mix. Remove saucepan from heat, cover, and let sit until water is absorbed, about 5 minutes. Fluff stuffing with a fork.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir onion and celery until softened, 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and cream of mushroom soup together in a bowl.
  • Spread shredded chicken into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Layer onion mixture over chicken and season with salt and pepper; top with soup mixture. Spread stuffing over soup mixture layer.

  • Boil chicken and reserve 1 cup broth. Tear cooled chicken apart and set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 350.
