Chex Holiday Cutouts Recipes
CHEX HOLIDAY CUTOUTS GLUTEN FREE
This is a recipe I found on the chex website. I have to eat gluten free so I was very happy to find a recipe for something I could cut out and decorate instead of traditional sugar cookies. You can use rice chex, corn chex, or honey nut chex for the recipe. The amount of treats it makes depends on the size of the cookie cutter you use. The cooking time is the time from start to finish.

Number Of Ingredients 5
Steps:
- Butter 15x10 pan.
- Coarsly crush cereal. (To easily crush cereal, place in plastic bag or between sheets of waxed paper, and crush with rolling pin).
- In large microwavable bowl, microwave marshmallows and utter uncovered on High 2 to 3 minutes, stirring each minute, until mixture is smooth. Stir in crushed cereal. Using buttered back of spoon or hands, press firmly in pan.
- Cool completely, about 15 minutes.
- Cut into shapes with 2 1/2 or 3 inch holiday cutters
- Decorate.
