Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces sake
1/2 ounce triple sec
1/2 ounce cranberry juice
Splash lime juice (fresh)
2 dashes orange bitters

Steps:

Gather the ingredients.
In a cocktail shaker , pour the sake, triple sec, cranberry juice, lime juice, and bitters. Fill with ice.
Shake well .
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass .
Serve and enjoy.

This is a terrific holiday party drink that is simple to make and very tasty. The drink is a light pink in color and when garnished with the whipped cream and cherries looks so festive!

2/3 cup half-and-half
1/2 cup cream of coconut
1/3 cup rum
1/3 cup cherry brandy
3 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice
1 tablespoon grenadine
1 1/2-2 cups ice cubes
whipped cream
maraschino cherry, to garnish

Steps:

Place first 6 ingredients in a blender and mix well.
Add ice and blend until frothy.
Pour into glasses; garnish with whipped cream and cherries.

2/3 cup frozen dark sweet cherries, thawed
ice
3/4 cup sake (4 shots )
ginger ale

Steps:

Divide cherries among two tall glasses. Gently muddle cherries with the back of a wooden spoon in the bottom of each glass. Top with plenty of ice.
Add 2 shots of sake to each glass. Fill to the top with ginger ale.
Sip and enjoy.

Ingredients

½ teaspoon loose-leaf Lapsang Souchong tea
3 ounces just-boiled water
3 ounces tart cherry juice
1 lemon twist, for garnish

Steps:

In a small heatproof bowl, combine the tea and the water, then cover and let sit for 5 minutes. Stir in the cherry juice, then immediately fine-strain into a snifter. Squeeze the lemon twist over the drink to express its oils, then discard. Serve warm.
Batch for 6:
In a medium heatproof bowl, combine 1 tablespoon tea and 2 ¼ cups water, then cover and let sit for 5 minutes. Stir in 2¼ cups cherry juice and immediately fine-strain into 6 snifters (or, honestly, whatever glasses you have). Squeeze lemon twists over each drink (2 will do you), then discard. Serve warm.
