EASY PINEAPPLE CHERRY DUMP CAKE
This Pineapple Cherry "Dump" Cake has just 5 ingredients and is probably one of the easiest desserts you'll ever make. I admit the name isn't all too appealing, but you literally just "dump" the ingredients into the pan. There's no stirring, beating, or prep involved that you'd normally expect when baking a dessert. It's easy peasy. Pair this dump cake with vanilla ice cream and you have yourself one super tasty, crowd-pleasing cake.

- Preheat oven to 350˚. Butter bottom and sides of a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Dump pineapple with juice and spread into bottom of pan. Top with cherry pie filling.
- Sprinkle the top evenly with dry cake mix, add nuts if using then drizzle the top with melted butter. Bake uncovered at 350˚F for 55-60 min or until bubbly and browned.

- Preheat oven to 350º degrees F.
- Dump one 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple with juice in a 9×13 baking dish.
- Dump one 21 oz. can of cherry pie filling over pineapple and spread evenly.
- Take one box of yellow cake mix and evening spread cake mix over the cherry pie filling.
- Chop up on stick of butter into small squares and spread evenly across cake mix. This will create a nice crust.
- Add chopped pecans to the top and spread over the rest of the cake.
- Place baking dish in oven for 35-45 minutes or until topping is slightly browned.
- Wait till it cools and dive in.

- Spread the crushed pineapple with the juice into the prepared baking dish.
- Spread cherry pie filling on top of the crushed pineapple.
- Evenly spread cake mix over top of the layers of pineapple and cherry and press down firmly. Arrange butter slices evenly over top of cake mix.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 2-liter glass baking dish with butter.
- Drain and discard the juice from the can of pineapple tidbits. Place pineapple pieces, cherry pie filling, and vanilla extract in a bowl; mix together. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the surface of the filling evenly with the yellow cake mix. In the microwave, melt butter in a separate bowl and pour it evenly over the cake mix. Use a spoon to spread the butter across the mix. Transfer baking dish to the middle rack of the oven.
