- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk the flour, cream, half-and-half, sour cream, egg, mustard, cayenne, salt, pepper and nutmeg until smooth., Drain pasta. Transfer to a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish. Stir in cubed cheeses. Top with cream mixture. Sprinkle with shredded cheese., Bake, uncovered, at 350° until bubbly and golden brown, 30-40 minutes.

Steps:
- Toss the breadcrumbs in with the melted butter. Reserve.
- Cook the macaroni to al dente, drain well, place back into the saucepan it was cooked in, and toss in the 4 tbsp of butter.
- Combine the eggs, 3/4 of the milk, 3/4 of the cheese, Tabasco, salt, pepper and mustard.
- Stirring the macaroni and butter over medium heat, add the egg mixture and stir until cheese melts and sauce begins to thicken.
- Add the remaining milk and keep stirring until sauce is bubbling and hot.
- Pour immediately into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle with the cheese that remains and the bread crumbs.
- Place under a broiler. Be sure to place 6-7 inches away so you don't burn your top, broil to crisp, and serve.

- Cook pasta aldente, drain and set aside.
- Heat oven to (350F) degrees.
- In a microwave proof dish melt butter and stir in flour.
- Whisk in milk and half and half.
- Microwave stirring every minute, until sauce begins to thicken about 5 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, curry and the hot sauce.
- Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients except for Parmesan cheese.
- Pour in a buttered casserole pan.
- Sprinkle top with Parmesan.
- Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
