GARLIC BUTTER NOODLES RECIPE

Steps:

CHEESY EGG NOODLES

Steps:

• Pre-heat your oven to 350 °F.Cook your pasta according to the instructions on the bag. Drain and place in a greased medium sized casserole dish.

• Place the butter in a sauce pan and heat it until it's melted, then stir in the flour.
• Add in a very, VERY small amount of milk. Just enough to mix it in. Keep adding a small bit of milk at a time, constantly stirring, until you have added it all and the mixture is smooth.
• Add in 2 cups of the shredded cheese, stirring to melt it in completely.
• Once the cheese has melted and the sauce has thickened, pour over the noodles in the casserole. Top with the remaining cup of cheddar cheese.
• Bake covered in the oven for 20-25 minutes, then uncover and let the cheese melt and brown for another 10-15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

POLISH NOODLES (COTTAGE CHEESE AND NOODLES)

Steps:

• Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir onion in melted butter until softened, 7 to 10 minutes.
• Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 5 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.
• Stir butter and onion mixture, cottage cheese, sour cream, sea salt, and black pepper into the noodles. Place the pot over medium heat; cook and stir until heated through and warm, 5 to 8 minutes.

CHEESY NOODLES

Steps:

• Cook the noodles in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water with 1tsp cooking oil, until just soft (about 7-10 minutes).
• Grate the cheese, or chop it finely into very small cubes.
• Drain the noodles, return to the hot, dry pan and shake for a moment in the pan over the heat, to dry them and keep them hot. Remove from the heat and stir in the cheese and the butter. Season with the salt and pepper and pile onto a hot dish. Serve at once.

CHEESY RAMEN NOODLES

Steps:

• Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add ramen noodles and cook 2 minutes until tender. Pour out water, then stir in seasoning packet and cheese to serve.
