2-1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 cup frozen chopped broccoli
8 ounces process cheese (Velveeta), cubed
3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Steps:

  • Cook macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, cook broccoli according to package directions until crisp-tender; drain. Add the cheese; cook and stir over medium-low heat until cheese is melted. , Drain macaroni; transfer to a large bowl. Stir in the cheese mixture. Sprinkle with bacon.

12 uncooked lasagna noodles
1 container (24 oz) 4% small-curd cottage cheese
1 container (15 oz) ricotta cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup refrigerated basil pesto
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (10 oz)
1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1/2 cup finely chopped onion (1 medium)
2 jars (24 oz each) tomato and basil pasta sauce

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Cook and drain lasagna noodles as directed on package, using minimum cook time.
  • Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir together cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, eggs, pesto and salt. Stir in 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Set aside.
  • In 12-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in pasta sauce.
  • Spread 1 cup beef mixture in baking dish; top with 3 noodles and 2 1/2 cups cheese mixture. Top with 3 noodles, 2 cups beef mixture and 3 more noodles. Top with remaining cheese mixture, 3 noodles and remaining beef mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese.
  • Cover; bake 40 to 45 minutes. Uncover; bake 20 minutes longer or until cheese is browned. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

2-1/4 cups water
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 tsp. onion powder
8 oz. VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen broccoli cuts, thawed

Steps:

  • Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet.
  • Stir in water; bring to boil. Add macaroni and onion powder; stir. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 8 min. or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Add VELVEETA and broccoli; cook and stir 8 to 10 min. or VELVEETA is melted and mixture is well blended.

2 1/2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
1 lb ground beef
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 red pepper, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons white wine
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced black olives
1/8 cup flour
2 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
1 -1 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a large casserole dish.
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Place macaroni in the pot, cook 9 to 11 minutes, until al dente, and drain.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook and stir the ground beef, onion, red peppers and garlic until beef is brown and vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in wine, and continue cooking 1 minute. Mix in milk, mustard, soy sauce and black olives, stir until heated through. Whisk the flour into the mixture and gradually stir in 2 cups of the cheese until melted.
  • Mix in the thyme and add the macaroni to the skillet. Stir until combined and place in the prepared casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese.
  • Cook uncovered 30 minutes in a preheated oven until bubbly and lightly brown.
