Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix flour, walnuts, butter, and brown sugar together in a bowl. Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with half the crust mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven until browned, about 15 minutes. Remove crust and leave oven on.
- Mix cream cheese and white sugar together in another bowl using an electric mixer until blended. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla extract; mix until blended. Pour on top of the baked crust. Sprinkle with remaining crust mixture.
- Bake in the hot oven until set, about 25 minutes.

SUGAR COOKIE CHEESECAKE BARS
Sugar cookie dough surrounding creamy cheesecake filling. A dessert that has the best of both worlds!

- Preheat oven to 350°
- Prepare baking dish with non-stick spray
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, vanilla extract, and egg mixing on slow speed. Some people have said they like to sweeten this mixture up with a little powdered sugar - but that is completely optional.*Note: The cream cheese mixture will be chunky if the cream cheese is too cold. If this happens, fill your sink with a couple inches of hot water and place the bowl in the bath of hot water. This warm water should help bring the cream cheese chunks to room temperature to make a creamy mixture
- Cut the roll of sugar cookie dough in 1/2
- Press half of the sugar cookie dough to the bottom of the baking dish for the "curst"
- Pour the cream cheesecake mixture over the sugar cookie crust
- Using the remaining 1/2 roll of sugar cookie dough, create flattened "chunks" of dough and place them evenly over the top of the cheesecake mixture.*These will melt, rise, and cover the top of the cream cheese bars as seen in the photos above!
- Bake for 30 minutes or just until the sugar cookie shows a golden color*Note: sugar cookies burn QUICKLY! It's best to pull them out of the oven right when they appear to be golden as opposed to burning the dough.
- Let cool for at least an hour. Add sprinkles once completely cooled. Cut into squares once cooled and serve!

- Preheat Oven to 350°F. Spray 9 X 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray In a medium bowl mix, cookie mix, pudding xix, brown sugar & melted butter, together. Add; 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 egg, blend with a spoon. When dough begins to come together, use your hands to knead the dough then form into a ball. Press dough into your baking dish, and slightly up the sides In the bowl of a mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, and the remaining egg and 3 Yolks. Add 2 teaspoons vanilla, beat until smooth and creamy. Spread cream cheese mixture over top of the cookie dough in your pan. BAKE 25 to 30 minutes until center is set. While bars are baking; Pulverize the toffee bits in blender. Sprinkle immediately over dish when removed from the oven and still hot. Let Cool 30 to 45 minutes. Cover then place in refrigerator at least 3 hrs or overnight. Cut into 2 to 3 inch bars to serve. Keep refrigerated.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9-inch by 13-inch cake pan with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, combine cookie mix, pudding mix, brown sugar, butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 whole egg. Mix well and press in to bottom of pan.
- In a standing mixer with the paddle attachment, or in a large bowl by hand, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar until smooth.
- Add remaining whole egg, egg yolks, and remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour over crust in pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until center is set. Cool at least 30 minutes. Top with sprinkles. Store in the refrigerator.
