1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup butter (no substitute), room temperature
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
Graham Cracker Sticks

Steps:

Beat cream cheese, butter & vanilla together until smooth. Mix in confectioner sugar & brown sugar. Stir in chocolate chips. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.

16 oz cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
3 Tbsp strawberry topping (Smucker's)
10 oz vanilla or white chocolate chips
graham crackers
vanilla wafers

Steps:

1. Using a double boiler, melt white chocolate completely. Set aside to cool almost to room temperature but not hardening.
2. Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar and strawberry topping.
3. Slowly pour the cooled white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
4. Dip using graham crackers or vanilla wafers or whatever you like.
