- Place potatoes and water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until almost tender. Meanwhile, in a small skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until partially cooked but not crisp. Remove to paper towels to drain., Drain potatoes. On a double thickness of greased heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. square), layer half of the potatoes, bacon, onion, cheese and butter. Repeat layers., Fold foil around potato mixture and seal tightly. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 12-14 minutes or until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted. Carefully remove foil to allow steam to escape.

- Prepare campfire or grill for medium heat. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with onion, bacon, butter, salt and pepper. Place on a large piece of greased heavy-duty foil (about 36x12-in. rectangle). - Heat gas or charcoal grill. Spray 1 (18x13-inch) sheet of heavy-duty foil with cooking spray. Place potatoes on center of foil. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with seasoned salt.
- Bring up 2 sides of foil over potatoes so edges meet. Seal edges, making tight 1/2-inch fold; fold again, allowing space for heat circulation and expansion. Fold other sides to seal.

- Spray foil with non-stick cooking spray.

- Heat grill. Cut four 18x12-inch pieces of heavy-duty foil. Make 6 or 7 crosswise cuts in each potato, cutting to but not through bottom. Spread margarine between slices.
- Place each potato on piece of foil. Place half onion slice in each cut. Sprinkle potatoes with salt, garlic powder and pepper. Add 1 teaspoon water to each potato. Wrap each packet securely using double-fold seals, allowing room for heat expansion.
- When ready to grill, place packets, seam side up, on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-high coals. Cook 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- To serve, open each packet carefully to allow steam to escape. Sprinkle each potato with Cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Close packets until cheese is melted.
