PORK CHOPS IN MUSHROOM GRAVY
This is one of the easiest ways I have found to make moist and delicious pork chops. Serve over hot rice and enjoy!

Steps:
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle pork chops with garlic salt and black pepper. Fry pork chops in the hot oil until browned, 5 to 8 minutes per side. Transfer chops to a plate.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in skillet; cook and stir mushrooms in the hot oil until soft, 5 to 8 minutes. Scrape up and dissolve any browned bits of food into mushrooms as you stir. Pour golden mushroom soup and water into skillet and stir into mushrooms.
- Place pork chops and accumulated juices into mushroom sauce, spooning sauce over chops. Simmer until meat is no longer pink inside and juices run clear, occasionally spooning more sauce over chops as they cook, 10 to 15 minutes.

- 1. Combine minced garlic with chopped onion, lemon juice, soy sauce, and honey. > I double so I have sauce leftover to have with the meal.
- 2. Place chops in pan on stovetop or on grill. Brush with garlice onion mixture.

- Sprinkle pork with 1/2 teaspoon salt and white pepper. In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, heat 2 teaspoons butter over medium heat. Add pork chops; cook 5-6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145°. Remove from pan., In same skillet, heat remaining butter over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook and stir 6-8 minutes or until tender. Add wine, tarragon and remaining salt, stirring to loosen browned bits from pan. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is reduced by half. Return chops to pan; heat through.

GRAVY BAKED PORK CHOPS
These pork chops will melt in your mouth. They are very good and easy to assemble. They are first sauteed in butter, then baked in a creamy mushroom sauce.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Saute the pork chops in the butter for about 5 minutes per side.
- In a separate medium bowl, combine the milk, water and soup. Place the pork chops in a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour the soup mixture over the chops.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes.

- While the oil is heating, in a shallow dish combine the flour, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Dredge each pork chop in the flour mixture and add to hot skillet. Cook pork chops until you have an internal temperature of 145°F (about 3-4 minutes on each side if cooking boneless; 5-7 minutes on each side for bone-in.)
- Remove pork chops from pan and set aside. Add mushrooms and onions to the pan and cook until tender (about 7-10 minutes). Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the 1/4 cup flour to combine with the mushrooms and onion. Slowly whisk in the beef broth and cream, scraping the bits from the bottom of the pan as you go. Bring up to a simmer and add back in the pork chops. Remove from heat and serve.
