CAROB ALMOND FREEZER FUDGE
Ready in 30 minutes, this carob freezer fudge is low in sugar while still tasting quite decadent. Feel free to change up the nut butter, sweetener, and mix-ins as you see fit. The coconut oil is necessary in this recipe though as it helps solidify the fudge when chilled. It melts quickly so be sure to enjoy it straight from the freezer and don't let it sit on the counter for more than a couple minutes.

CAROB NUT FUDGE
My friend Wendy Harris made this for me and it was so delicious that I had to get the recipe from her! I have some friends that are allergic chocolate and carob is so much healthier for you that this is a good alternative "fudge." It's not vegan only because of the honey which I believe is a must for the fantastic taste. Cooking time doesn't include time to chill.
