EASY DEEP DISH COBBLER
This receipe uses a Krusteaz crumb cake mix. It is sooo good an so easy. The recipe is written for a berry cobbler, but i like to use 3 cups of canned peaches and one cup frozen berries. The recipe is really flexible and you can use any kind of fruit.

CANTALOUPE PEACH COBBLER
Warm cantaloupe?! Turns out it's amazing! Especially when it's combined with the sweet peaches in this easy cobbler. We would have never thought to pair those fruits together, so thank goodness for Melissa. A delicious summertime dessert.

Steps:
- 1. Combine all cobbler ingredients in a large saucepan. Cook until fruit is softened and sauce is slightly thickened. Remove from heat. Make sure you taste after combining and heating the ingredients. You may need to add more sugar or seasonings but it will all depend on your taste.
- 2. Place 1 stick of butter in 13 x 9 pan and heat in 350 deg oven until melted. As this is melting, mix topping. Mix together all topping ingredients until smooth. If topping is too thick, add more milk until thinned.
- 3. Pour fruit into the pan over melted butter. Pour topping over fruit. Sprinkle with sugar if desired.
- 4. Bake at 350 deg until golden brown and bubbly (approx. 35 minutes).
- 5. Remove from oven and serve while warm. Can top with whipped cream or ice cream.

CHOLADO
These icy treats are made even better by the tropical fruit typically used. However, if you're access to ripe tropical fruit is limited, feel free to riff on this Colombian classic.

Steps:
- Crush your ice in a food processor until it resembles the ice flakes of a snow cone.
- Layer ice in both your glasses a little past half way (use a clear glass for the full effect). If you like your Cholados extra sweet, drizzle sweetened condensed milk around the glass before you add the add to the glasses.
- Cover the ice in your fruit syrup, you can make the fruit syrup with whatever fruit you like, but strawberry, raspberry and blackberry work especially well.
- Layer your fruit in the glass, use about a quarter of what you have in each glass.
- Cover in condensed milk and add the remaining fruit, splitting evenly between the two glasses.
- (If you really want to be an over achiever, you can make a second fruit syrup with passion fruit or another sour fruit and add that at this point).
- Top with more more crushed ice. Drizzle fruit syrup over ice (the berry variety).
- Garnish with more fruit!
