CANDY-TOPPED PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, beat condensed milk and peanut butter with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Stir in Bisquick mix and vanilla until well blended.
- Shape dough into 48 (1-inch) balls. Measure sugar into small bowl. Dip top of each ball into sugar. On ungreased cookie sheets, place balls 2 inches apart.
- Bake 7 to 9 minutes. Firmly press 1 caramel into center of each cookie. Bake about 1 minute or until chocolate begins to soften and cookie begins to turn light golden brown. Cool 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

- Cream together butter and brown sugar. Beat in eggs, peanut butter and vanilla.
- Add flour, cornstarch, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Roll into balls about 1 1/2 teaspoonfuls (or use cookie scoop) and place onto ungreased cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly because they do not flatten much while cooking.

PEANUT BUTTER CANDY CORN COOKIES
As a kid, I used to love peanut butter and candy corn sandwiches and recently I thought the combination would make a great cookie! Mmmmmmmm..... This recipe is based on Recipe #51104.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Line cookie trays with parchment paper (or wax paper) in case some of the candy corn melt onto the trays.
- Cream the butter.
- Add peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar and mix well.
- Add egg and mix well.
- Add flour and baking soda and mix well.
- Using a teaspoon, make walnut-sized lumps of dough and place them 2 inches apart on parchment paper-lined cookie trays.
- Bake 12 minutes, remove from oven, and quickly press about 5 candy corns into each cookie.
- Bake another 5 minutes and remove from oven to cool.
- Cool 5 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

- Position the oven racks in the top and bottom thirds of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Beat the peanut butter, granulated sugar, light brown sugar and salt with an electric mixer on medium-high speed in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Beat in the vanilla and egg. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Put some granulated sugar in a small bowl. Shape tablespoons of the dough into balls and roll each ball in the sugar to coat. Evenly space the balls on the prepared baking sheets. Press each ball down with the tines of a fork to flatten it slightly and make a crisscross pattern.
- Bake until the bottoms are golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets, then transfer to a rack to cool completely. The cookies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.

- Heat oven to 350°F (325° for dark or nonstick pan). Grease bottom of 9-inch square pan with shortening or cooking spray. Make brownie batter as directed on box. Stir in 1/4 cup of the peanuts. Spread in pan.

- Heat oven to 350°F. In ungreased 13x9-inch pan, break up cookie dough. With floured fingers, press dough evenly in bottom of pan to form crust. (DO NOT EAT RAW COOKIE DOUGH AFTER PRESSING DOUGH IN PAN WITH FLOURED FINGERS.) Bake 12 to 16 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
