Bisquick® mix makes it quick and easy to whip up a batch of homemade peanut butter cookies.

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons sugar
48 round chewy caramels in milk chocolate (from 12-oz bag), unwrapped

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, beat condensed milk and peanut butter with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  • Stir in Bisquick mix and vanilla until well blended.
  • Shape dough into 48 (1-inch) balls. Measure sugar into small bowl. Dip top of each ball into sugar. On ungreased cookie sheets, place balls 2 inches apart.
  • Bake 7 to 9 minutes. Firmly press 1 caramel into center of each cookie. Bake about 1 minute or until chocolate begins to soften and cookie begins to turn light golden brown. Cool 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Combine sugar, peanut butter, and egg.
  • Shape into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. NOTE: If dough is too sticky, refrigerate 1/2 hour or until easy to handle.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Remove cookies from oven. Press a chocolate kiss into the center of each warm cookie.

1 cup butter, softened
1 ½ cups packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup cornstarch
¾ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  • Cream together butter and brown sugar. Beat in eggs, peanut butter and vanilla.
  • Add flour, cornstarch, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Roll into balls about 1 1/2 teaspoonfuls (or use cookie scoop) and place onto ungreased cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly because they do not flatten much while cooking.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.

As a kid, I used to love peanut butter and candy corn sandwiches and recently I thought the combination would make a great cookie! Mmmmmmmm..... This recipe is based on Recipe #51104.

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter (I use "natural" peanut butter)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup candy corn (approximately)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  • Line cookie trays with parchment paper (or wax paper) in case some of the candy corn melt onto the trays.
  • Cream the butter.
  • Add peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar and mix well.
  • Add egg and mix well.
  • Add flour and baking soda and mix well.
  • Using a teaspoon, make walnut-sized lumps of dough and place them 2 inches apart on parchment paper-lined cookie trays.
  • Bake 12 minutes, remove from oven, and quickly press about 5 candy corns into each cookie.
  • Bake another 5 minutes and remove from oven to cool.
  • Cool 5 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

1 cup creamy peanut butter
2/3 cup granulated sugar, plus more for rolling
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 large egg
2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Position the oven racks in the top and bottom thirds of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Beat the peanut butter, granulated sugar, light brown sugar and salt with an electric mixer on medium-high speed in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Beat in the vanilla and egg. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Put some granulated sugar in a small bowl. Shape tablespoons of the dough into balls and roll each ball in the sugar to coat. Evenly space the balls on the prepared baking sheets. Press each ball down with the tines of a fork to flatten it slightly and make a crisscross pattern.
  • Bake until the bottoms are golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets, then transfer to a rack to cool completely. The cookies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.

Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
1/2 cup chopped cocktail peanuts
1 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup Reese's Minis Unwrapped Peanut Butter Cups, halved
1/4 cup Reese's Pieces candy

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F (325° for dark or nonstick pan). Grease bottom of 9-inch square pan with shortening or cooking spray. Make brownie batter as directed on box. Stir in 1/4 cup of the peanuts. Spread in pan.
  • Bake 28 to 31 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour 30 minutes.
  • In small bowl, mix frosting and peanut butter until blended. Spread on top of brownie. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup peanuts over top.
  • In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips uncovered on High 30 seconds. Stir; continue to microwave in 15-second intervals until chips can be stirred smooth. Spoon into resealable food-storage plastic bag; partially seal bag. Cut small tip from corner of bag; drizzle chocolate over top. Sprinkle candies over top.
  • Cut into 4 rows by 4 rows. Store loosely covered at room temperature.

1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
Additional sugar
PEANUT BUTTER TOPPING:
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup butter, softened
CHOCOLATE GLAZE:
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons 2% milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325°. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in vanilla. Gradually add flour to creamed mixture and mix well., Shape into 3/4-in. balls. Coat bottom of a glass with cooking spray, then dip it in sugar. Flatten cookies with prepared glass, redipping glass in sugar as needed. Place on baking sheets. Bake until set, 12-15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack., In a small bowl, beat the brown sugar, peanut butter and butter until smooth. Spread 1 teaspoon over each cookie. Combine glaze ingredients; gently spread 3/4 teaspoon over each peanut butter layer. Store in a single layer in airtight containers.
