1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/8-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
2 teaspoons sea salt or 2 teaspoons himalayan salt

Steps:

Combine all seasonings and blend in a coffee grinder, or blender, to make a fine powder. Store in a seasoning jar.
Sprinkle seasoning over freshly popped popcorn (popped with oil - it won't stick to dry popcorn) and toss to coat.
