The base was a little thin because of the size of the jelly roll pan I used, so next time I think I will make them in a brownie pan and just bake them longer. I greased the pan which made the bars a little soft. No one seemed to mind but I think using waxed paper or parchment underneath would be better. These are a great way to use up whatever you have in the pantry since you can be creative with the toppings.
