Cake Microwave Cake Baked In Pampered Chef Rice Cooker Recipes

PAMPERED CHEF CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE

Steps:

• Empty cake mix and cake mix ingredients into Rice Cooker Plus and mix together.
• Add ½ the can of frosting with Small Scoop.
• Microwave for about 8-10 minutes or until a cake tester inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Microwave time may vary.
• This is how I've done it.
• Mix the cake like you normally would but do it all in the rice cooker. Drop 3 -4 spoonfulls of frosting into the batter cover; Bake in the microwave for about 10-12 minutes.
• Carefully remove lid and check with toothpick and make sure cake is done.
• Warning, cake will be HOT!!! Once it is comfortably warm, place a plate on top of rice cooker and invert cake onto plate.
• The frosting will be melted and cake will be HOT!!

MICROWAVE CAKE

Steps:

• Mix the box of cake mix, eggs, pie filling and applesauce till moist. Use a microwave safe bundt pan or substitute a microwave safe bowl that has a microwave safe cup or cone placed in the middle of it (to mimic a bundt pan). Pour mixture into the bowl around the cup.
• Bake on high for 6 minutes 30 seconds, turn and bake for another 6 minutes 30 seconds on high. Remove from oven and cover bowl with a dish and let stand for 5 minutes (this finishes the cooking process).
• Turn cake over onto dish and remove cone (cup) for a delicious quick dessert. Good hot with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping.

CAKE, MICROWAVE CAKE - BAKED IN PAMPERED CHEF RICE COOKER RECIPE

Steps:

• Put the cake mix into the rice cooker add in all the items listed on the pkg Mix as directed with a wire whip add = 4 to 6 scooped of any prepared canned frosting mix Put the lids on the cooker and in to the micro wave for 9 minutes Carefully remove from the microwave and - invert it on a plate = let it cool and put a few nuts on top.
