Slices of chicken deli meat form the tasty exterior of these cheesy, Cajun-spiced roll-ups. Sound good? It is-and it's even a Healthy Living recipe!

1 Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/8 tsp. Cajun seasoning
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Breast
1 KRAFT 2% Milk Singles, cut in half
1/4 red pepper, cut into strips

Steps:

  • Mix dressing and seasoning.
  • Stack 2 turkey slices, with edges slightly overlapping. Repeat with remaining turkey slices to make 2 stacks.
  • Spread with dressing mixture; top with 2% Milk Singles and peppers. Roll up.

½ lb. boneless skinless chicken breast ((about 1 medium breast))
2 tsp. cajun seasoning
½ medium red onion ((sliced))
½ medium red bell pepper ((sliced))
2 slices tomato ((chopped - approx. a ½ cup))
¼ cup thinly sliced lettuce
2 standard whole grain tortillas

Steps:

  • Slice the onion and red bell pepper.
  • Slice the chicken breast. (It's partially cooked in this photo, but you should use a raw breast)
  • Slice the lettuce and chop the tomatoes.
  • In a skillet, cook the peppers, onions, and chicken in oil in a large skillet. Season with salt and cajun spices as you cook.
  • Lay out a tortilla.
  • Layer the lettuce, tomatoes, and the chicken mixture from the pay over the tortilla.
  • Roll up the wrap.
  • Slice in half.
  • Serve.
