1 tablespoon egg white
2 cups pecan halves
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Steps:

In a small bowl, beat egg white until foamy. Add pecans and toss until well coated. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over pecans and toss to coat. Spread in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet. , Bake at 300° for 25-30 minutes or until browned, stirring occasionally. Cool on waxed paper.

1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon apple pie spice
2 medium apples, cored and cut into wedges
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Steps:

Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Combine pecans, brown sugar, flour, and apple pie spice in a small bowl. Place apple wedges in a medium bowl; drizzle with butter and toss to coat. Arrange apples in a single layer in the air fryer basket and sprinkle with pecan mixture.
Cook in the preheated air fryer until apples are tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
