Ingredients

1/3 cup soft brown sugar
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup oil (EVOO or your chose of oil)

Steps:

Place all ingredients in a clean jam jar and shake to mix.
Keeps in the fridge for a while. I like to take it out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature before use.
Make sure to shake the jar before serving.

2/3 cup safflower oil or 2/3 cup light olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Steps:

In a covered jar or cruet, combine oil, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, garlic, and salt and pepper.
Shake well and chill.
Shake well before serving.
