BLOODY MARY

Steps:

• Combine 1 tablespoon of salt and Cajun seasoning on a small plate. Dip the rims of each glass in water, then into the salt mixture.
• In a pitcher, combine the tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and salt and pepper, to taste, (reserve 1 1/2 cups for online Round 2 recipe Eggs Mary). Steps:

• In a cocktail shaker, combine bloody Mary mix, vodka, Worcestershire sauce and adobo sauce. Squeeze lemon into shaker and shake to combine. Pour into a tall glass full of ice. Garnish with black pepper, olives, and a piece of pickled okra or green bean, if desired.

DIRTY MARY

Steps:

• Moisten rim of glass with water. Dip martini glass in celery salt. Fill a martini shaker with ice. Add pepper vodka, vodka, tomato juice, and olive juice. Shake. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with olives.
