2 pieces pumpernickel rye bread
3 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing
2 slices Swiss cheese
4 slices pastrami
1/4 cup sauerkraut
2 tablespoons butter (salted or unsalted)
Potato chips, for serving

Steps:

  • Preheat a waffle maker on medium-low heat.
  • Spread each slice of bread with the Thousand Island dressing. Place a piece of cheese on top of each slice.
  • Add the pastrami and sauerkraut to one side. Close the sandwich and butter the top with 1 tablespoon butter.
  • Set the sandwich, butter-side down, in the waffle maker. Spread the remaining butter on top of the sandwich and close the waffle maker.
  • Toast until golden and crisp, 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
  • Remove, slice in half and serve with potato chips.

Steps:

  • Beat egg in small microwaveable bowl until blended; cover with paper towel. Microwave on HIGH 30 to 45 sec. or until set.
  • Meanwhile, toast waffles.
  • Top 1 waffle with egg, Singles and bacon; cover with remaining waffle.

1 slice Canadian bacon
1 large egg
1 green onion, chopped
2 frozen low-fat multigrain waffles
1 tablespoon shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
Sliced tomato, optional

Steps:

  • In a nonstick skillet, cook Canadian bacon over medium-high heat 1-2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Remove and keep warm., In a small bowl, whisk egg and green onion; add to the same pan. Cook and stir until egg is thickened and no liquid egg remains., Meanwhile, prepare waffles according to package directions. Place 1 waffle on a plate. Top with Canadian bacon, scrambled egg, cheese and, if desired, tomato. Top with remaining waffle.

2 frozen cinnamon waffles
25 miniature marshmallows
2 tablespoons jif creamy peanut butter
1/2 banana, sliced
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Toast waffles in the toaster until desired doneness.
  • heat miniature marshmallows and Jif in microwave until melted, then mix together.
  • Spread the peanut butter mix on waffle, then bananas, then chocolate chips.
  • Close sandwich with other waffle.

24 frozen mini waffles, unseparated
2 tablespoons butter
1-1/2 cups chopped pecans
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup caramel sundae syrup
1-1/2 cups dulce de leche or vanilla ice cream

Steps:

  • Toast waffles according to package directions; separate into mini waffles and cool completely., In a large skillet, melt butter over low heat; stir in pecans, brown sugar, chili powder and vanilla. Cook and stir 4-6 minutes or until nuts are toasted. Transfer to a shallow bowl; cool completely., To assemble, spread 1 teaspoon caramel syrup over a mini waffle; top with 2 tablespoons ice cream. Top with a second waffle, pressing to spread ice cream to edges. Roll sides into spiced pecans; place on a plate. Freeze, covered, until firm.

2 tsp. KRAFT Real Mayo
1 KRAFT Big Slice Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slice
1 hard-cooked egg, sliced

Steps:

  • Cook hash brown patty, and heat waffles and bacon as directed on packages.
  • Cut bacon slices in half; set aside. Mix ketchup and mayo until blended.
  • Top 1 waffle with cheese, bacon pieces, egg slices and hash brown patty.
  • Spread remaining waffle with ketchup mixture; place, ketchup side down, over hash brown patty to make sandwich.
  • Cut in half.
