1 medium banana
1/3 cup each fresh blueberries, halved seedless grapes, sliced peeled kiwifruit and halved fresh strawberries
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup granola with fruit and nuts
2 maraschino cherries with stems

Steps:

  • Cut banana crosswise in half. For each serving, split each banana half lengthwise and place in a serving dish; top with 1/2 of each remaining ingredient.

2 bananas
2 tbsp nut butter (almond or cashew butter is nice)
4 scoops natural frozen yogurt
handful of berries (we used strawberries, blueberries and raspberries)
4 tbsp low-sugar granola

Steps:

  • Peel the bananas and split them down the centre. Place in 2 bowls, cut-sides facing upwards.
  • Spread the nut butter over the banana halves, place the scoops of frozen yogurt on top, add the berries and scatter over the granola.

2 bananas
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup raspberry jam (or strawberry)
nuts
chocolate syrup

Steps:

  • Select smaller, ripe bananas. Cut off one inch, and then slice the banana in half and place on a salad plate curving away from one another and outward. Slice the small piece and place on either side of the curved pieces.
  • Spoon whipped yogurt across the top of bananas. Dribble slightly diluted jam on top of yogurt. Sprinkle nuts on top, if desired. Offer chocolate or fudge sauce. Enjoy!

Steps:

  • In a banana split dish or oblong single serving dish, place banana halves lengthwise along sides of dish.
