CHICKEN AND BOW TIE PASTA
Easy and delicious chicken and bow-tie pasta with a white cream sauce.

Steps:
- Place chicken in a saucepan, and add water to cover. Boil 20 minutes. Allow to cool, then pull meat into shreds.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, combine chicken broth, red pepper, garlic, broccoli, salt and pepper. Cover, and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, until broccoli is crisp-tender. Stir in cream cheese until smooth. Mix in chicken and pasta until evenly coated. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.

A friend gave this recipe to me a few years back, and my family can't seem to get enough of it. It sounds strange with cream in it, but that just enhances the flavor and texture. This is a very easy recipe.

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.
- Heat oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Cook sausage and pepper flakes until sausage is evenly brown. Stir in onion and garlic, and cook until onion is tender. Stir in tomatoes, cream, and salt. Simmer until mixture thickens, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Stir cooked pasta into sauce, and heat through. Sprinkle with parsley.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain; set aside.
- Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, heat oil over medium. Add garlic; cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add tomatoes, oregano, and sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer; cook, stirring and breaking up tomatoes until slightly thickened, 5 to 8 minutes. Season with salt.
- Add pasta, sausage, and half the mozzarella; toss to combine. Transfer to a 2-quart baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake until bubbly and top is lightly browned, 10 to 15 minutes.

- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and place in serving bowl.
- In large nonstick skillet heat oil and saute garlic and sausage for five minutes or until sausage is no longer pink.
- Add olives and red pepper flakes.
- In a small bowl combine stock and flour until smooth.
- Add to sausage mixture and simmer until just slightly thickened, approximately 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add chicken and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour over pasta.
- Garnish each serving with parsley.
- If you don't like spicy leave out red pepper flakes and use a sweet sausage.
