Steps:
- 1. In a bowl,beat egg. stir in onions,bread crumbs,and mustard. Add beef & mix well. Shape into 4--1/2" thick patties.
- 2. In a medium ungreased skillet,cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until no longer pink;drain. In a small bowl combine gravy,water & horseradish;add mushrooms. Pour over patties. Cook,uncovered,for 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender & heated through.

- In ungreased skillet, cook patties for 5-6 minutes per side, until no longer pink.
- Drain.
- Mix gravy, water and horseradish; add mishrooms.
- Pour over patties.
- Cook, uncovered, for 5 more minutes.
