What's better than a BLT sandwich? Try a Ranch dressing-smeared pita pocket stuffed with BLT fixings-and a bunch of crunchy veggies, to boot!

Steps:
- Toss all ingredients except pita breads and dressing until well blended.
- Cut top 1/3 off each pita bread; discard top or reserve for another use.
- Spread inside pocket of each pita bread with 1 Tbsp. of the dressing; fill evenly with the vegetable mixture.

- Preheat oven to 400˚F. Place bacon on a foil-lined baking sheet in a single layer. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until browned and crisp then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to cool.
- In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients and set aside.
- Lightly butter both sides of the toast and toast on a dry griddle or skillet over medium-high heat just until golden brown.
- Arrange 4 slices of bread on a cutting board and spread 1 Tbsp of sauce over each toast. Add lettuce then tomato, bacon, avocado. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the avocado.
- Spread 1 Tbsp sauce over the remaining toasted bread and place over the sandwich, sauce side down. Cut in half if desired and serve.

- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, garlic and lemon zest. Cover and chill until serving., Place flour, milk and bread crumbs in three separate shallow bowls. Coat squash and jalapeno slices with flour, then dip in milk and coat with bread crumbs. Place on baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Spritz vegetables with additional cooking spray., Bake at 475° for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown, turning once., Spread mayonnaise mixture inside pita halves; fill with lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and breaded vegetables. Serve immediately.

BLT DIP
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Place sun-dried tomatoes in a small bowl and cover with warm water. Let stand until tender. Drain.
- Meanwhile, cut pita into triangles, place on a baking sheet and toast for 10 minutes.
- In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, bacon bits, and sun-dried tomatoes. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Use a spoon to mix together; set aside.
- Cut out the core of the lettuce head to form a bowl for the dip.
- To serve, spoon BLT dip into hallowed out lettuce head and set in the center of a serving plate. Place toasted pita triangles around edge of plate.
BLT PIZZA

- Place the crust on a ungreased 12-in. pizza pan. In a small bowl, combine the Miracle Whip, basil, garlic powder and onion powder; spread over crust. Set aside 1/4 cup bacon. Sprinkle cheeses and remaining bacon over crust. , Bake at 425° for 8-12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and reserved bacon. Cut into wedges.
