EASY BLOVE SAUCE RECIPE
Blove's Sauce is a seafood sauce seasoning mix that's loaded with spices. It's invented by a Youtuber Blove, known for doing Mukbang - videos where creators eat large amounts of food with a live audience. The sauce soon became so popular that it's selling on Amazon as Bloves Smackalicious Sauce (mild or spicy). We'll share with you how to make this delicious sauce recipe at home from scratch.

Steps:
- In a mixing bowl, add all the seasoning ingredients.
- Add garlic and onion to the blender. Blend for about 20-30 seconds or until the garlic and onion turn into very small chunks.
- In a large skillet over medium-low heat, add butter. Cook until the butter is completely melted.
- Add the blended garlic, onion, and optional minced ginger. Turn the heat to medium, and cook for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, chicken stock, salt, optional crushed red pepper flakes, tabasco sauce, vinegar, and lemon juice. Mix until combined.
- Add the seasoning mix and bring it to a boil. Stir occasionally until the mixture is well mixed.
- Remove from heat, and let the sauce cool down. Serve and enjoy!

- In a small bowl, combine all of the seasoning ingredients: (1 tablespoon each of the following) garlic powder, paprika (or smoked paprika), ground black pepper, cayenne pepper, onion powder, dried oregano, lemon pepper, chili powder, Cajun spice mix, Old Bay seasoning, and light brown sugar. *Hold off on adding the salt (to taste) until the sauce is combined.
- Add the peeled garlic cloves and rough chopped onion to a blender or food processor and pulse a few times until finely chopped.
- Heat a large skillet or frying pan over medium-low heat and melt the butter. Increase the heat to medium then add the onion and garlic. Saute for 30 seconds to a minute, until the onion and garlic are softened slightly and aromatic.
- Stir in 1 cup of chicken broth, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (plus the zest, if desired), as well as any optional ingredients. Mix well.
- Add the seasoning mix and stir to combine, then bring to a low boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat after the sauce has reached a boil and all of the ingredients are well combined.
- (Optional) Once the sauce has cooled slightly, you can return it to your blender or food processor and pulse a few times to combine the sauce best (as it likes to separate after sitting).

Steps:
- add 3 bulbs of garlic into the blender, along with a quarter of an onion.
- (As Blove states, it is not necessary to add the onion, but it is recommended to get that iconic taste. If you're new to seafood, we would suggest following this recipe to the T.)
- Blend this mixture on high speed for 15 seconds until the garlic is just cut up into little chunks.
- Add 4 sticks of unsalted butter into a frying pan on low heat, heat the butter till it is fully liquid.
- Add the minced garlic and onion into the frying pan along with a little ginger. Allow the mixture to heat on medium heat for 15 seconds, with occasional stirring.
- Add 1 tsp each of hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce into the frying pan along with the seasoning. Occasionally stir the concoction until the mixture is uniform.
- Bring the sauce to a boil and serve.
