This is a great way to serve your cheese ball during November and December holiday. Especially, because you can make the cheese ball the day before and garnish it just before serving, next day. Steps:
- 1. Place the cream cheese and bleu cheese in mixer bowl and beat until soft. Add the bourbon and mustard. Blend well. Shape into a ball. Roll lightly and evenly in the bacon bits or sesame seeds or nuts or a combination of all. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate overnight.
- 2. This is a great cheese ball weather you decorate it or not- great for a summer BBQ without the turkey deco!

Steps:
- Cream softened cream cheese.
- Add cheddar and crumbled bleu.
- Mix well and shape into 1 large or 2 small balls.
- Roll in toasted sesame seeds.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.

- In a medium bowl thoroughly mix the cream cheese and butter together.
- Add olives, blue cheese, and chives. Mix well, making sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- Form mixture into a ball and wrap in a sheet of plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate until completely chilled.
- Place on a serving plate
- Serve with dippers of your choice

- In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese, blue cheese, Cheddar cheese, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Transfer to a separate bowl that has been lined with plastic wrap. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- The next day, gather the cream cheese mixture into a ball. Spread the walnuts out on a dinner plate. Roll the cheese ball in nuts until coated. Refrigerate or serve immediately.
