1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package almond brickle chips (7-1/2 ounces) or English toffee bits (10 ounces)
3 medium tart apples, cut into chunks

Steps:

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugars and vanilla. Fold in brickle chips. Serve with apples. Refrigerate any leftovers.

This is the best apple dip ever... You can use either regular toffee chips or chocolate toffee chips, either way is yummy!

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) package toffee baking bits
4 Granny Smith apple, cored and sliced
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • Beat together the cream cheese, brown and white sugars, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth. Stir in toffee bits. Pour the lime and lemon juices over the sliced apples to prevent browning. Serve dip with the apples on the side.

8 ounces cream cheese
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar (granulated)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (8 ounce) package heath toffee pieces (by Hershey)

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer until well combined.
  • Add Toffee bits and mix well.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Serve with apple slices or other fruit for dipping.

1 cup sugar
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
3 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 (8 ounce) package heath toffee pieces

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Lightly grease cookie sheet.
  • Beat butter, sugars, vanilla and salt in large bowl until blended.
  • Add eggs, beat well.
  • Stir together flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar.
  • Gradually add to butter mixture, beating until blended.
  • Stir in toffee bits.
  • Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet.
  • Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly.

1 (18 ounce) container caramel apple dip
1 (10 ounce) bag English toffee bits

Steps:

  • Spread cream cheese into a pie plate.
  • Spread caramel dip on top of cream cheese (you may not want all of the caramel - use your own judgment! :) ).
  • Sprinkle with all of the toffee bits and serve with sliced apples of your choice!
