1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup chopped nuts, if desired
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 1/2 cup hot water
2/3 cup sugar

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat 1/3 cup chocolate chips over low heat until melted. Mix melted chocolate, baking mix, nuts, 1/3 cup sugar, milk, oil, vanilla and egg in square 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Beat vigorously with fork until well blended. Coupons Heat water and 2/3 cup sugar to boiling, stirring occasionally; stir in remaining chocolate chips until melted. Pour over mixture in pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean, about 35 to 40 minutes.
