2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
10 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold
¾ cup whole milk
¼ cup Great Value® Organic Raw Honey
18 oz Great Value® Red Raspberry Preserves
whipped cream, for serving

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Using your hands or a pastry cutter, work the butter into the dry ingredients until the butter breaks down to pea-sized pieces.
  • Add the milk and fold with a rubber spatula until fully incorporated and the dough comes together in a ball.
  • Scoop the dough into 12 portions onto the prepared baking sheet. Brush each biscuit with honey.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  • Serve the biscuits with raspberry preserves and whipped cream.

butter, melted, for brushing

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Using your hands or a pastry cutter, incorporate the butter into the dry ingredients, leaving large chunks.
  • Fold in the buttermilk until a thick dough forms.
  • Lightly flour a clean surface and dump the dough onto it. Bring the dough together until it comes together in one large piece.
  • Roll out with a rolling pin to about 1 ½-2 inches (4-5 cm) thick. Using a biscuit cutter or small glass, cut out 2-3-inch (5-7 cm) rounds and place them on the prepared baking sheet. It's okay if the biscuits are touching.

1 cup caster sugar
½ cup light brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose flour

1 pinch salt
¼ cup chocolate chips
½ cup desiccated coconut

Steps:

  • Heat the oven to 180'C. Rub a little bit of butter over 2 baking trays to stop the biscuits from sticking.
  • Mix the butter and both sugars until soft and smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla.
  • Sift the flour into the bowl, followed by the baking powder and salt and beat well until everything is combined. Stir in the chocolate chips and coconut.

1 banana
1 can dulce de leche, or toffee
1 cup chocolate, for coating

Steps:

  • *"Toffee"/Dulce De Leche can be purchase already prepared - or can be made at home through a process of heating Sweetened Condensed Milk - Recipes/instructions can be found online.
  • Crush Digestive Biscuits in a large plastic bag.
  • Pour into a large bowl and add Banana and about half the can of Dulce De Leche.
  • Use a fork to mash and incorporate the banana and toffee into the biscuit crumbs. Add additional Toffee as needed - just enough to coat all the biscuit crumbs without it becoming too sticky.
  • Form the mixture into 1 inch (2 ½ cm) balls and freeze for 15 minutes until firm.
  • Microwave chocolate for 60 Seconds - stopping after 30 seconds to check and stir.
  • Remove balls from freezer and dip into the melted chocolate.
  • Set on wax paper and sprinkle with additional biscuit crumbs (optional).
  • Allow chocolate coating to harden (chill in fridge to speed up this process).
  • Drizzle with additional toffee just before serving.
