MANDARIN-BERRY TOSSED SALAD
My family loves this salad . I plant the spinach early and hope we don't have a late frost to freeze the tiny green leaves. Mixed greens can also be used.I think it is the dressing that makes this salad sooo good.

- 1. In a cup microwave bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. microwave , uncovered on high for 1 to 2 minutes , stir until sugar is dissolved. Whisk in oil. Cover and refrigerate until serving in salad .
- 2. In a large salad bowl combine the greens, strawberries, oranges, onion, almonds, and bacon. Drizzle with the cooled dressing and gently toss.
