Berries with Sour Cream Sauce image

Delightfully dressed-up sour cream makes a delicious topping for fresh fruit in this dish shared by Linda Franceschi. "My great-grandmother came up with the recipe, but I lightened it," she writes from her home in Eldred, New York.

1 quart fresh strawberries, halved
1 pint fresh raspberries
1 pint fresh blueberries
1 pint fresh blackberries
2 cups reduced-fat sour cream
1/4 cup honey

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients. In another bowl, combine the sour cream and honey. Serve with berries.

1 pint fresh blackberries
1 (16 ounce) carton low-fat sour cream
1/4 cup honey

Steps:

  • Gently combine berries in large bowl.
  • Combine sour cream and honey in small bowl, and serve with berries.

1/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. honey
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
8 strawberries, quartered
2 kiwis, peeled, cut lengthwise in half, then sliced crosswise

Steps:

  • Grate zest from orange into small bowl. Add sour cream, mayo and honey; mix well.
  • Section orange; place in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
  • Serve fruit salad topped with sour cream sauce.
