Pumpkin Bread - 12 oz. Orange Soda, 12 oz. can pure pumpkin, 2 tsp. Instant Mulling Spice (sprinkle on top) Pizza Dough - 1 1/4 cup beer. Mix well. Cover,let sit 5 min. Parmesan Cheese and 1 T.minced garlic Italian Bread - Add dried tomato and garlic pesto Bacon Loaf - Add 1/2 c cooked,crumbled bacon Seasoned Bread - Add 2 T. Season Salt Focciaca Bread - Add 3 T.sun dried tomato and 3 T.pesto,spread to 1" thickness on baking stone, brush with olive oil,bake for 15 - 20 minute

TASTEFULLY SIMPLE BEER BREAD

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a loaf pan.
• Mix flour and sugar together in a bowl. Pour beer into a separate large bowl; add flour mixture and stir until moistened. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
• Bake in preheated oven until nearly set, 40 to 50 minutes. Pour melted butter over the top of the bread and continue baking until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 10 minutes more.

TASTEFULLY SIMPLE " COPYCAT" BEER BREAD

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°F Spray a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with Baker's cooking spray.
• Combine flour and sugar; stir in beer (you might have to use your hands to get it mixed thoroughly). Dough will be sticky.
• Pour into prepared loaf pan; brush top with melted butter.
• Bake for 50-60 minutes or until top is golden brown.
• Cool slightly; remove from pan and finish cooling.
