- Preheat air fryer to 375°. In a large skillet, cook beef, mushrooms and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender, 8-10 minutes; crumble meat. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Drain. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Remove from the heat; set aside., On a lightly floured surface, roll puff pastry into a 15x13-in. rectangle. Cut into four 7-1/2x6-1/2-in. rectangles. Place about 2 tablespoons potatoes over each rectangle; spread to within 1 in. of edges. Top each with 3/4 cup beef mixture; sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese., Beat egg and water; brush wash over pastry edges. Bring opposite corners of pastry over each bundle; pinch seams to seal. Brush with remaining egg mixture. In batches, place pastries in a single layer on tray in air-fryer basket; cook until golden brown, 10-12 minutes. , Freeze option: Freeze unbaked pastries on a parchment-lined baking sheet until firm. Transfer to an airtight container; return to freezer. To use, cook frozen pastries as directed until golden brown and heated through, increasing time to 15-20 minutes.

- Preheat air fryer to 300°. In a saucepan, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook and stir until tender, 5-6 minutes. Stir in flour and 1/8 teaspoon pepper until blended. Gradually add cream. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat and set aside., In a bowl, combine egg yolk, onion, 2 tablespoons mushroom sauce, salt and remaining 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 2 loaves. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 2 rectangles; press perforations to seal. Place meat loaf on each rectangle. Bring edges together and pinch to seal. If desired, brush with beaten egg., Place Wellingtons in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until golden brown and a thermometer inserted into meat loaf reads 160°, 18-22 minutes., Meanwhile, warm remaining sauce over low heat; stir in parsley. Serve sauce with Wellingtons.

These yummy sandwich buns, made with frozen dinner rolls, are a favorite at our house. They're great hot from the oven but they also freeze well. I serve them with tomato soup, and just watch they disappear. -Trisha Kruse, Eagle, Idaho

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, saute onion and mushrooms in butter until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Add the chicken, peppers, mustard and seasonings; heat through. Remove from the heat; stir in cheese., Flatten each roll into a 5-in. circle. Place 1/4 cup chicken mixture in the center of 6 circles. Brush edges with water; top with remaining circles. Press edges with a fork to seal., Place on greased baking sheets; brush with butter. Bake until golden brown, 18-22 minutes. Cut bundles in half to serve. Freeze option: Cover and freeze unbaked bundles on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet until firm. Transfer to a resealable freezer container; return to freezer. To use, bake bundles as directed, increasing time as necessary to heat through.
