1-1/2 cups crushed nacho tortilla chips, divided
1 can (15 ounces) chili with beans
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
1 can (3.8 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained, divided
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 jar (4-1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded lettuce

Steps:

  • Spread 1 cup tortilla chips into an ungreased 8-in. square baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the chili, green chilies and 1/2 cup olives; spoon over chips. Spread sour cream over the top. Sprinkle with cheeses, mushrooms, onions, and remaining chips and olives. , Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 10-15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Top with lettuce.

1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained
½ cup water
1 cup sour cream
1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
8 ounces shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
1 (18 ounce) package corn tortilla chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and drain fat. Add the diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, water, sour cream and taco seasoning mix. Let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • In the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish, place a layer of tortilla chips. Cover with a layer of the meat mixture then a layer of cheese. Repeat this process until the last layer is cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly.

1 package taco seasoning mix
cooking spray
2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent rolls
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (10 ounce) bag shredded lettuce

Steps:

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease. Stir in taco seasoning.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray an 8x10-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Spread crescent roll dough into the bottom of the prepared baking dish; spoon refried beans onto dough. Layer ground beef over refried beans. Wrap edges of crescent roll dough over ground beef.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until dough is golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and lettuce.

1 pound ground beef
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 cups crushed tortilla chips
1 cup shredded Colby cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 cups shredded lettuce

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add the salsa, mayonnaise and chili powder. , In an ungreased 2-qt. baking dish, layer half of the meat mixture, chips and cheeses. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Just before serving, top with tomato and lettuce.

½ cup chopped onion
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 cups crushed tortilla chips, divided
4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
4 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Cook and stir ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard any excess grease. Stir salsa, onion, mayonnaise, chili powder, and cumin into the beef. Remove from heat.
  • Spread about half the ground beef mixture into the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish. Spread about half the tortilla chips in a layer atop the beef mixture. 1 (8 ounce) can refried beans
4 flour tortillas
1 ounce taco bell taco seasoning
3/4 cup water
1 (8 ounce) package Mexican blend cheese
sour cream (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. brown ground beef until fully cooked, drain. Heat refried beans.
  • 2. Add the seasonings and water, bring to a boil, then simmer 6-10 minutes, until most of the liquid has evaporated.
  • 3. Preheat oven.to 350* F.
  • 4. Assembly time. First in a round cake pan, spray with nonstick spray.
  • 5. Then put down a tortilla, then add meat, beans and cheese and spread evenly.
  • 6. Then put another tortilla and do the same thing again. (2 times).
  • 7. now you are on you last tortilla, put on top and add meat and cheese . (be genorous with cheese).
  • 8. bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • 9. Add sour cream to top and serve.

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Cook ground beef and onions in a skillet over medium heat until beef is browned, 7 to 10 minutes; drain grease. Stir in water and taco seasoning; cook, stirring often, until thickened, about 2 minutes. Add refried beans, salsa, olives, and green chiles. Cook and stir over low heat until ingredients are warmed through, 3 to 4 minutes.
