2 cups cold milk
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
2 vanilla wafers, finely crushed

Steps:

Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Let stand 5 min.
Stir in COOL WHIP.
Refrigerate 1 hour. Sprinkle with wafer crumbs.
